Booking for a group?
Please book each appointment one at a time under the same account, or call us directly at 604-966-5540 so we can best assist you with availability.
Action Required
Please ensure you’ve subscribed to email “Reminders and schedule changes” on the Mindbody account you just created so you can receive your confirmation email which includes our polices and the link to the online consultation form you need to fill-out before checking-in to the spa. Cancellation Notice
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or change all spa appointments to avoid a 100% service charge.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment start time
Medical Reimbursement Notice
If you have booked a massage please note we do not have RMT's on staff and cannot provide receipts for medical reimbursement reasons.
Pregnancy Notice
Please inform us if you are pregnant as not all therapists are trained in pregnancy massage. It is not recommended to receive massage treatments in your first trimester.
