Our spa experiences are designed for adult guests aged 18 and older. If needed, we may ask for photo identification at check-in to verify age.

We do not have any RMT’s on staff and cannot provide receipts for medical reimbursement.

While we do not have a dedicated relaxation lounge, guests enjoy access to the heated pool, outdoor hot tubs, and sauna before or after their treatment. Our signature 100-minute spa rituals are also a wonderful option for those seeking a longer, more immersive spa experience. Robes and lockers are provided for your convenience.

To reserve your massage, facial, or spa treatment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the full treatment fee.Prior to your visit, please complete the consultation form included in your confirmation email. This allows your therapist or esthetician to personalize your experience and ensure we are aware of any health considerations before your arrival.We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in and to begin your treatment relaxed and on time. Guests planning to take advantage of our complimentary parking are encouraged to arrive up to 30 minutes early.For groups of three or more guests, a $100 group deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied toward your scheduled spa services.

At this time, we do not offer prenatal massage treatments. However, many expecting mothers visiting Whistler choose to enjoy one of our relaxing facial treatments as a safe and restorative spa experience during pregnancy. Hot stone massage is a highly effective tool used to create warmth deep within the muscles. The added benefit of the heat promotes a deeper state of relaxation and muscle tension relief. We use hot stones for 5 – 10 minutes on the back, in our 100 Min Massages and Rituals.

Yes, we do have a small change room in the spa area with lockers and showers. For groups of 2 people or more, we may need you to share a locker. We can provide each person with a locker, a robe, slippers and towels – this is complimentary when you book a treatment with us.

Inappropriate language, behaviour, or conduct will not be tolerated, and our therapists reserve the right to end a treatment at any time if they feel uncomfortable or unsafe. In these situations, the full treatment fee will apply.

Yes. Every treatment at Whistler Day Spa includes access to the heated pool, outdoor hot tubs, and sauna at the Pan Pacific Village Centre. Guests can enjoy the amenities before or after their massage, facial, or spa package for a more complete wellness experience.

We require a 24 hour notice to change a reservation. We require a credit card number to confirm all reservations. Should you not provide us with the required 24 hour notice you will be charged 100% of the payment. We value your time and it’s important that you value ours. Please honor this reservation guideline.

We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards throughout the spa to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for every guest. All treatment rooms are thoroughly cleaned and reset between each appointment. This includes fresh linens for every guest, disposable headrest covers, and the use of single-use items wherever possible. All tools and equipment are disinfected between treatments using professional-grade sanitation practices. Our focus is on creating a space that feels calm, cared for, and consistently prepared for your arrival.
