What is the cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment to avoid 100% charge of the scheduled service.

What is the minimum age requirement at your spa?

We have a strict age policy and you must be 18 yrs or older to receive any treatment at our spa. If we suspect you are under the age of 18 we may ask for ID to verify your age upon check in.

Do you have Registered Massage Therapists?

We do not have any RMT’s on staff and cannot provide receipts for medical reimbursement.

Do you have a relaxation lounge?

As a boutique spa located within the Pan Pacific Hotel, we do not have a dedicated private relaxation lounge. Instead, we focus on delivering high-quality treatments at a more accessible price point than larger resort spas.

For a more immersive experience, we also offer curated 100-minute rituals designed to give you extended time to fully unwind within the treatment itself. Guests also have access to the hotel’s hot tub, pool, and sauna facilities before or after their treatment. Robes and lockers are provided for your convenience. Please note that the hotel change rooms are shared and compact, so lockers may be shared during peak times.

What are your spa booking policies?

We require a credit card number to reserve all spa appointments and require 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment in order to avoid a 100% service charge.

We ask that you fill out the consultation form attached to your confirmation email, prior to your appointment.

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to give us enough time to get you checked in prior to the start of you appointment.

If you plan on taking advantage of our complimentary parking, we ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time.

For groups larger than two guests we will require a $100 group deposit.

Do you offer pre-natal massage?

We do not offer pregnancy massage at this time, however, all of our facials are pregnancy safe.

What type of treatment should I reserve?

Our therapists will customize your treatment to suit your needs. If you require more information about certain treatments, our reception team would be happy to help. If you wish to add a deep tissue or red light therapy enhancement, we will need to know in advance.

What is the added benefit of hot stone massage?

Hot stone massage is a highly effective tool used to create warmth deep within the muscles. The added benefit of the heat promotes a deeper state of relaxation and muscle tension relief. We use hot stones for 5 – 10 minutes on the back, in our 100 Min Massages and Rituals.

Is there a changing/locker room so I can arrive early and use the facilities?

Yes, we do have a small change room in the spa area with lockers and showers. For groups of 2 people or more, we may need you to share a locker. We can provide each person with a locker, a robe, slippers and towels – this is complimentary when you book a treatment with us.

Can we have our massage in our hotel room?

No – unfortunately we do not offer en-suite massage at this time.

Spa Etiquette

We offer a professional environment and your therapist reserves the right to refuse or terminate any service, without refund, if inappropriate language or actions occur.

If we suspect you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol we reserve the right to refuse treatment without refund for your safety and the safety of our staff.

What type of facial should I have?

Your skin is unique and your skin treatment should reflect your personal skin care needs. Your skin therapist will customize your facial to help you achieve your healthiest skin ever! Simply choose your treatment time and let us take care of the rest.

Can you accommodate large groups?

We are a smaller spa operation, so we recommend that if you have a large group to speak with our receptionist directly. We only have three treatment rooms, so we can only accommodate three people at a time.

What if I have to change my appointment?

We require a 24 hour notice to change a reservation. We require a credit card number to confirm all reservations. Should you not provide us with the required 24 hour notice you will be charged 100% of the payment. We value your time and it’s important that you value ours. Please honor this reservation guideline.

Enhanced cleaning

We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards throughout the spa to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for every guest. All treatment rooms are thoroughly cleaned and reset between each appointment. This includes fresh linens for every guest, disposable headrest covers, and the use of single-use items wherever possible. All tools and equipment are disinfected between treatments using professional-grade sanitation practices. Our focus is on creating a space that feels calm, cared for, and consistently prepared for your arrival.
