General FAQ

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment to avoid 100% charge of the scheduled service.

We have a strict age policy and you must be 18 yrs or older to receive any treatment at our spa. If we suspect you are under the age of 18 we may ask for ID to verify your age upon check in.

We do not have any RMT’s on staff and cannot provide receipts for medical reimbursement.

We are a smaller boutique spa located inside the Pan Pacific Hotel. We do not have a private relaxation lounge to accompany our spa service menu, however, we do focus on providing incredible massage and facial services at prices less than the larger resort spas in lieu.  We also have curated 100-minute massage and facial rituals so you can opt to enjoy almost two hours of rest and relaxation in the treatment room.

You will also receive access to the hotel hot tub, pool, and sauna facilities to enjoy before or after your spa service. We will provide you with a locker and robe if you wish to use the hotel facilities.  Please note, that the hotel change room is smaller, and groups will have to share a locker.

We require a credit card number to reserve all spa appointments and require 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment in order to avoid a 100% service charge.

We ask that you fill out the consultation form attached to your confirmation email, prior to your appointment.

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to give us enough time to get you checked in prior to the start of you appointment.

If you plan on taking advantage of our complimentary parking, we ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Please note that our minimum age for treatments is 18 yrs old.

For groups larger than two guests we will require a $100 group deposit.

We do not offer pregnancy massage at this time. We can book you in for a facial instead.

Our therapists will customize your massage or skin treatment to suit your needs. You simply choose the treatment length and we will take care of the rest. If you require a deep tissue or sports massage upgrade, we will need to know in advance.

Hot stone massage is a highly effective tool used to create warmth deep within the muscles. The added benefit of the heat promotes a deeper state of relaxation and muscle tension relief. We use hot stones for 5 – 10 minutes on the back, in our 100 Min Head to Toe and 100 Min Mountain Recovery Massages.

Yes, we do have a small change room in the spa area with lockers and showers. For groups of 2 people or more, we may need you to share a locker. We can provide each person with a locker, a robe, slippers and towels – this is complimentary when you book a massage or a facial.

No – unfortunately we do not offer en-suite massage at this time.

We offer a professional environment and your therapist reserves the right to refuse or terminate any service, without refund, if inappropriate language or actions occur.

If we suspect you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol we reserve the right to refuse treatment without refund for your safety and the safety of our staff.

Your skin is unique and your skin treatment should reflect your personal skin care needs. Your skin therapist will customize your facial to help you achieve your healthiest skin ever! Simply choose your treatment time and let us take care of the rest.

We are a smaller spa operation, so we recommend that if you have a large group to speak with our receptionist directly. We only have three treatment rooms, so we can only accommodate three people at a time.

We require a 24 hour notice to change a reservation. We require a credit card number to confirm all reservations. Should you not provide us with the required 24 hour notice you will be charged 100% of the payment. We value your time and it’s important that you value ours. Please honor this reservation guideline.

Safety Protocols & Procedures

We continue to follow the guidelines of WorkSafe BC and the Beauty Council Of BC.

Additional time will be taken in between each client to ensure thorough disinfection procedures are followed. We have provided a checklist in each room for the therapist to follow.

We use hospital grade, Virucidal cleaning agents on every surface.

We change our linen in between each client and it is all laundered in hot soapy water. We use single use items when possible.

The bed and pillow are wiped down after each client. We have replaced our pillowcases with antimicrobial vinyl so they can be disinfected after use.

We will wipe down with Vericidal cleaners, every bottle or surface touched such as counters, containers, light switches, door knobs, beds, and stools.
