Base Salary: $40/hour
Whistler Day Spa is hiring for Estheticians / Beauty Therapists to join our spa team.
Education Requirements:

You have minimum 1 year experience as an Esthetician / Beauty Therapist performing facials, facial massage, full body massage, waxing is a bonus.

You have worked with professional skin care lines in previous experience

You have a strong work ethic, are are passionate about your industry and enjoy sharing your skills with new team members

You truly love your craft, enjoy taking care of clients and being able to help them feel their best.

You are time efficient, and take pride in keeping a clean and professional work space.

You love retail and enjoy sharing your knowledge with guests and staff on products that will help them reach their skin care goals.

Responsibilities & Compensation:
Compensation:
- Salary OR Commission Based Pay
- Contractor or Employee
- Retail Commissions
- Generous Gratuities
- Medical / Dental Options ( 32 hours week - employee based only)
- Skill Pass Options ( 32 hours week - employee based only)
Responsibilities:
- Performing Facials and Massage
- Recommending Home Care
- Setting up room / cleaning up room for service shift
- Working with other team members to ensure an overall positive guest experience
- Putting away linen, flipping rooms between clients, walking out guests
